At the beginning of this year, I sat down with our formulation team to talk about what we wanted to bring into the world in 2026. Something had been dropped into me very clearly, and that was that I needed something for the women in my life, and for me, that speaks directly to hormones. That’s typically how formulation works. That’s typically how anybody creates something. It’s usually something they need themselves, or something they’ve felt the need for in someone close to them.
That’s how Rhythm started, and this September, it’s finally here.
Why I Named It Rhythm
I named it Rhythm because that’s what the whole hormone journey actually is. A rhythm. There’s a current to it, a rise, a fall that was never meant to be fought.
So much of what I’ve lived, so much of what I’ve watched other women live, comes from gripping that rhythm instead of moving with it, racing against the shift instead of trusting it. This formula was built to meet that grip and help it soften, so the rhythm can carry you instead of fighting you.
How I’ve Been Taking It
I’ve been taking Rhythm for weeks now, testing it every way I could. A serving is two capsules. Some days I take them together at breakfast, because my body wants food alongside it. Other days I split it, one capsule in the morning and one capsule in the afternoon, and that rhythm has followed me too.
There’s no one right way. There’s just the way your body asks for it.
What’s Inside, and Why
Golden Teacher Active is in Rhythm, the mushroom I’ve leaned on more than almost anything else in my own healing. It reaches somewhere past the noise, straight into identity, into the deep quiet knowing of who we are underneath every role we play. Mother, partner, leader, whatever the day requires. This mushroom speaks to the woman underneath all of it.
SP Cactus is in there too, for grounding, for the inflammation so many of us carry without ever naming it as inflammation. Alongside it runs a nervous system layer, because hormones and the nervous system were never separate conversations. They’re the same conversation, wearing two different names. When one is dysregulated, the other follows.
Rounding it out are botanicals chosen specifically for hormone support, targeted work that doesn’t happen by accident. Ashwagandha. Maca. Chasteberry. Lion’s Mane. Reishi. Every piece of this formula was chosen on purpose, for a purpose.
Where This Really Came From
Building Rhythm wasn’t a project to me. It was a chance to breathe life into the healing of women, including my own. Everything I create tends to start this way, with something I needed first, something I saw someone I love needing too.
I’ve lived the hormone journey. I know what it feels like to not recognize your own body some mornings. I know what it feels like to question your identity when your hormones shift under you without asking permission. This formula holds all of that. The self, the grounding, the nervous system, the hormones themselves.
A Reflection to Sit With
If you’ve been living your hormone story feeling like you’re behind, or broken, or like your body stopped cooperating with you, I want you to hear this plainly. You’re not behind. You’re not broken. You’re just meeting a rhythm that’s been trying to reach you the whole time.
