My Favorite Part of the Day
Lately my favorite part of the day is dinner. We all eat together as a family, sit around and talk, and do one thorn and one rose, where everyone shares the hardest part of their day and the best part. That’s my favorite moment of life right now.
And I think it’s because of where I’m at.
The Unraveling
For the last several years I went on this massive spiritual unfolding, a deep journey to find myself again. And when I say find myself, I mean who I came into this world as, worthy and whole.
It was a deep unraveling, the most beautiful and painful butterfly effect moment in time. I always thought it was going to be over way sooner than it was, and I never knew what was going to be at the end of it, if there even is an end.
Coming Back Down to Earth
Now it kind of feels like I’m returning back down to earth as a new version of me in this 3D reality. This version of me is more peaceful, like a world’s difference of peace, and more aware and kind of wise.
It’s like I went so deep within, and God was like, “All right, it’s time to come back. You have work to do on the earth. You have work to do in play and enjoyment and fun, and it’s just not that serious. You realized what you needed to realize.”
What I Lost Along the Way
I’m so grateful for it, because it’s a path a lot of people aren’t willing to take. It requires you to look at yourself over and over and over again, and it can be so uncomfortable.
You lose things along the way. I lost friendships, what I thought was my career path forever, relationships and parts of myself I loved, and more than anything, parts of myself I was addicted to. They just weren’t meant for me anymore.
The Healing Loop I Almost Stayed In
There were times I could have stayed in it forever.
It’s so easy to stay in the perpetual cycle of healing, always going for more, always looking for the next thing, when everything you were searching for was already there. I’ve watched people go on this path and never come back, and I know how easy that would have been for me too.
I think at some point it kicks you out, and you realize you never needed to be healed.
What It Was All For
I don’t know what everybody needs to go on this path for. I think it’s different for everyone.
For me, the whole thing was to realize I was worthy and always have been, to have a deeper relationship with God, to know that certainty and freedom and peace have always been there, and that it’s okay to feel good.
It’s okay to feel good. I think we came here for a reason, and I think enjoying this life is part of it.
What’s Supporting Me Right Now
As of October 2026, I’ve been taking our newest formula, Rhythm, for a few months now. One capsule in the morning and one in the afternoon, and I have to set an alarm for the afternoon one because if I don’t, I forget.
It’s been so grounding, loving and joyful, and it fits exactly where I’m at right now. If you’re curious, you can explore Rhythm here.
Letting Life Be the Ceremony
I’m not the same person I was, and I’m coming back to the simplicity of just living the human experience and letting that be the ceremony.
There’s no real ending to any of this. The part I’m in now is enjoying life, letting God show me just how good it gets and letting myself feel good. It gets to be easy. There doesn’t have to be suffering. I feel like I’m meant to learn how to live in that place now and show you that it exists.
And if you’re in the middle of your own unraveling right now, that place is there for you too.
