Golden Rule wasn’t built from a business plan.
It was built from lived experience—pain, healing, and a deep desire to create something better.
OUR STORY
After years of navigating anxiety, addiction, and emotional disconnection, I found myself searching for something real. Not another temporary fix. Not something that numbed me out.
Something that helped me feel clear. Grounded. Whole again.
And when I finally experienced that shift—when I felt what it was like to reconnect with myself, with peace, and with something greater—I knew one thing:
Everyone deserves access to that level of experience.
But what I saw in the space didn’t reflect that.
It felt inconsistent. Unclear. Untrustworthy. So we built what we wished existed. Something elevated. Intentional. High-quality. Something we would trust ourselves.
Golden Rule is also the result of another story—one rooted in resilience and possibility.
The person behind the creation of what we offer was once told they would never walk again. After being paralyzed, they turned to natural tools, working with intention and consistency, and ultimately regained the ability to walk.
That experience didn’t just change their life—it became their life’s work.
Together, our stories form the foundation of Golden Rule:

Golden Rule operates in alignment with the beliefs of an unincorporated religious association known as The Spiral Path.
At its core, The Spiral Path teaches that these experiences are not random—they are sacred, natural tools created to support human growth, awareness, and connection to the Divine.
Within this framework, these experiences are approached with intention, respect, and purpose—not for escape, but for alignment. Alignment with your mind. Your body. Your spirit. And the deeper intelligence that created you.
We believe that when used in this way, they can support meaningful shifts in how you think, feel, and show up in your life.
Golden Rule exists as a bridge—bringing this philosophy into a form that is grounded, approachable, and aligned with modern life.
We named this Golden Rule for a reason. Do unto others as you would do for yourself.
